The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA), a state corporation with the mandate to supervise, regulate and develop the insurance industry in Kenya invites public participation in review of draft guidelines below pursuant to the Insurance Act CAP 487 and the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.

The Guidelines are as follows;

3. External auditors
4. Insurance products
5. Market conduct
6. Actuarial function
7. Reinsurance arrangements
8. Risk management and internal control
9. Suitability of persons
10. Business continuity

The members of public are advised to access the guidelines through the IRA website, i.e. www.ira.go.ke. Feedback may also be given through the same website or sent to:
