Prior to his appointment as the CEO, Mr.Kiptum worked as IRA’s Chief Manager for Human Capital Development and Administration.

He has a wealth of experience having worked in various State Agencies over the last 20 years. He holds an MBA from ESAMI/Maastricht MSM University is an Associate of the Life Management Institute of USA (ALMI).

He is also a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK.
