Hon. Mwambu Mabongah was appointed as the Chairman of the Board on 10th February 2023. He holds an M.A in Counseling Psychology from Daystar University and a B.A in Theology from the East Africa School of Theology. With over 20 years in the public service, Hon. Mabongah brings on board a wealth of experience. He has previously served as a Chaplain in charge of Prisons Staff Training College Ruiru, Provincial Rehabilitation Officer at Kenya Prisons Service, and a Rehabilitation Officer at the then Office of the Vice President. Hon. Mabongah also served as the Political Advisor to the Governor of the County Government of Trans Nzoia before being elected as a Member of Parliament for Bumula Constituency. In the National Assembly, he was a member of the Special Funds Account and the Communication, Information and Innovation Committees.
